Do you want the government to know everything there is to know about you?  Well, whether you do or not, the laws are already in place to make it happen, and ObamaCare contains the implementing directives!  Don't want to believe it?  No one does, but it will take you less than 1/2 hour to actually view the language in the laws that will make it happen.
