Taking Uninsured Cars Off The Highway

DALLAS TX MAKING THE LAW WORK FOR THEM WITHOUT BIG GOVERNMENT SUING THEM FOR ENFORCING THE LAWS!!!

Recently, in the City of Dallas TX, they passed an ordinance that when law enforcement officers pull over a car, the driver must provide proof of insurance or the car will be towed and impounded right away.

In order to retrieve a car after being impounded, the owner must show proof of insurance before the car can be released. This has made it easy for the City of Dallas to remove uninsured cars -- driven by mostly illegals.

Shortly after the "No insurance" ordinance was passed, the Dallas impound lots began to fill up and were full after just nine days! Yes, most of the impounded cars were driven by illegals!

Not only must owners provide proof of insurance to have their car released, they must pay for the cost of the tow, a $350 fine, and charged $20 for every day the car is kept in the lot.

Other cities across the nation may find it beneficial to follow what Dallas TX is doing. Not only is this getting uninsured vehicles off the road, but it is taking a bite out of one of the problem of illegals -- endangering the lives of citizens!
Dallas' solution is getting illegals off the road WITHOUT making them show proof of nationality. Wonder how the ACLU or the Justice Department will get around this one.

GO Texas !
