There is a democrat majority congressional district somewhere in Georgia whose voters are responsible for this. You can blame this man for what he is, but you can't blame him for where he is.... The election of idiots like Hank Johnson (and it does happen in other districts)gives a new and much broader meaning to the term "Stupid is as Stupid does"....
